Produced in a similar style to a Pickled Pepper Chutney/Bell Pepper Relish.
Serving Suggestions
- Great with cheese, cold meats, salami, pastrami, etc.
- Sear and cook well seasoned meat (lamb, pork, chicken fillets, or pork back-straps), remove and rest meat, add relish to the pan, caramelize, add a little red wine or water and reduce, toss in a freshly chopped coriander or parsley, then spoon over the served meat, delicious!
